Coaching:

Supportive space to change, grow, and find new solutions.

What can coaching do for me?

  • Do your confidence, creativity or focus need a boost?

  • Are you navigating a new leadership role or facing a big life decision?

  • Keep making plans but not seeing them through?

I provide a safe, supportive, and challenging space where you can explore your questions, goals and needs. I help you to get clarity about what you really want and how to get there. I’m not there to give advice or provide all the solutions, but rather to find those answers within you.

Coaching or Mentoring?

Coaching can give you space to change and grow, finding your own solutions with the support of someone focused just on you.

Mentoring offers a different approach, often using similar tools but also providing advice, guidance and knowledge where appropriate.

We can work together to find the best fit for your needs.

Both options provide safe, non-judgemental, and neutral space, a place where you have the freedom to say or think anything, and to be actively listened to, heard, and accepted.

Coaching client

“Mel coached me through a transitional period of my career and helped me to both reflect and move forward. Her prompts and insights helped me to solve problems and see a way through challenges. She empowered me to be bolder and more confident in my convictions, she helped me to articulate my values, find my worth and advocate for myself in professional settings.”

Mentoring client

“I'm often feeling and thinking my way towards things that Mel is able to perfectly crystalise into aims and actions. It's like she can see inside my head and reach for the gems that are clouded in questions and confusion.”
