My approach

I am interested in action research approaches to development that are grounded in:

  • Systems thinking – a relational framework that looks at the big picture, connecting people to each other and the wider dynamic context they inhabit, and

  • Appreciative inquiry (Ai) – a strengths-based approach that starts with what works, valuing good processes and approaches that already exist, and building on them to solve problems.

Learning events
